just wondering, don't you think that sand and the heat lammp might dry the eggs out? If they start to look dimpled or dented then its supposed to mean that the eggs are dehydrated. If they are, they you can keep the sand moist( but don't put water directly on the eggs) Right now, my eggs are at the same temp as it is outside, so it varies. I do plan on getting an incubator soon though. Lower temps take longer to hatch, right? I need it to take at least 80 days. I want to be there when they hatch! Good luck with your eggs!
