I never did, but to ship any reptile to another country, you need an import or export license..or at least a one time permit thing. Also, depending on what kind of reptile you are shipping, you may need a CITIES permit, depending at what level the animal is rated. You also need to check with China import laws, to see what they feel about the reptiles coming in. They may have other regulations to consider.
If shipping to a buyer in China...probably not worth the work involved to do it. If you are moving to China and want to ship all your animals to yourself...you won't need an export/import license for that but need to check with Chinese regulations and restrictions on what sort of reptiles they allow on their flights and in the city.
Should be able to find most of this information with a fair bit of googling...and checking the CITIES webpage. ----- PHLdyPayne
