Hi, just saw your post.

Without you having seen the worms I would have thought it was just shed.

Panacur is often used for worms in frogs and can be found at feed stores. I wouldn't know the dosage on that though, if you're able to take it to a vet and have them recommend what to do. You may be able to just ask the dosage of panacur.

This board runs really slow, you could try on repticzones forums or talkto.thefrog.org for faster replies.
