Posted by: Sighthunter at Tue Jul 3 08:25:23 2007 [ Report Abuse ] [ Email Message ] [ Show All Posts by Sighthunter ] We are currently working on a breeding cooperative with three subspecies of Coachwhip. They are easy to breed hard to hatch and even harder to get feeding as the young stress bigtime. The goal is to have all seven subspecies of Masticophis flagellum and Masticophis mentovarius from Central America split between a few individuals that have the time to establish them as long term breeders and to have survivability of the offspring which at present is very low. We will all be pooling information to make this work. Any party that feels they have time to be part of the project can contact Sighthunter or Testaceus via E-mail.
