Ringneck snake incubation times are very short compared to other colubrids.

I've had eggs hatch two-three weeks after they are laid. Normal hatch time is probably 30-45 days. Around there...

You don't need a nest box... They will lay the eggs anywhere. So you'll have to watch for them.
