Hi, I want to ask, which is healthier, feeding smaller frogs or rodents to my horned frog?

He currently refuses insects, and while I am trying to get him to eat them, I need to have him eat something else. He has been fed only rodents before I rescued him, and he will eat fish. However, feeder fish of appropriate size is hard to buy in my country. I can buy meal worms, crickets, rodents and frogs of different sizes. The frogs are being sold as feeder frogs, but I don't know if they are clean to be honest. But then again, neither do I know about the rodents or the insects.

But anyway, feeder frogs or rodents, which is lower in fat?
