I would assume frogs would be better, as I have never seen any reptiles or amphibians get fatty livers or obesity problems on frogs, but animals fed exclusively rodents (when they are known to eat other things in the wild) often do have shorter lifespans and health problems. I would say to vary the diet. Why choose one, why not give an assortment of the foods you can acquire?
