They might be able to recommend a good medicine for your frog. I know that a lot of fish medicines can be given to frogs, but at different doses, so talking to vet hopefully they can recommend a medicine and tell you the correct dose. The cloudy eyes can be a bacterial infection, and I think that if you don't treat it could cause permanent damage. I posted a link with lists of vets, you can look at where you are located and try getting a hold of a vet. Best of luck. Hope your frog gets better.
