I’m trying to feed him salamander/newt pellets, but he won’t eat them. Is this normal? Could he just be under stress with his new environment? How long can newts go without eating? I was going to catch some worms from our yard for him to eat, but I can’t find any because it’s been really dry lately and they must be all burrowed in the dirt. What should I do?
