You can feed mostly crickets, you can feed meal worms every now and then but crix should be your frogs main diet.Is the tank a standard 10 gallon or is it a 10 gallon high? The tank should be taller than it is wide. There should be plenty of leafy, strong plants in the tank as well. Make sure there is a water dish. What substrate are you using? I dust my crix with calcium twice a week, but once a week is probably fine. And yes you should gut load your crix also.
