What is the temp in your tank? What is the humidity? You can feed mostly crickets, you can feed meal worms every now and then but crix should be your frogs main diet.Is the tank a standard 10 gallon or is it a 10 gallon high? The tank should be taller than it is wide. There should be plenty of leafy, strong plants in the tank as well. Make sure there is a water dish. What substrate are you using? I dust my crix with calcium twice a week, but once a week is probably fine. And yes you should gut load your crix also.
