Hi, you should be able to find caresheets easily by doing a Google search for "green tree frog care sheet".

Actually, unless you're using AC you shouldnt need heat in the summer. And the wattage on that bulb seems pretty high, you shouldn't use probably over a 40W or so. But greens generally are fine in the room temp area with maybe a basking place on one side of the tank.

They need lots of climbing plants, and hides on both the warm and cool side of the tank. Plants like Pothos work really well for their size, they're cheap ($3 for a 3" pot at Lowes) and hard to kill. Just wash it top to root really well and repot in bed a beast or eco earth. It will grow fast. You need a minimum of a 10 gal, but I'd suggest a 20 gal high tank and you could put another one in or not. (If you do, quarantine the new one for a month or so.)

Water dish with treated water, or spring water. For small frogs put some small rocks to help get in and out of the dish. Crickets that are well fed are a good diet, dust them every other feeding. The crickets need to be the correct size, they should be approx. the size of the distance between the frog's eyes. Too big and you could have impaction.

You really need gauges in your tank, husbandry issues are the most common cause of sickness and death. The humidity should probably be around 60% at all times (consult care sheet for exact range).

The forum on repticzone, tree frogs, there are many with similar frogs and you could find help quicker if needed.
