Hard to say for sure but maybe Sceloporus undulatus? Definitely a nice one at that. However that would be as far as I know way out of its range. More than likely this individual is Sceloporus clarkii or the Clark's Spiny Lizard with a rather light color variation. This lizard's range extends across the southern and southeastern part of the state and across sub-Mogollon Rim central Arizona. It is found at elevations ranging from 3,000' to about 6,000'.
