The water will condense on the inside of the glass whenever the glass is cooler than the tank temperatures--creating a lower dew point for the higher humidity inside the tank where it touches the glass. This of course, happens most often in the cooler mornings when the tank is warmer than the room. The only cures for this condensation involve ventilation across the glass on the inside, and some open top screening above, requiring more technical invention than I've ever personally had the patience to investigate and install. This will also tend to lower the over-all humidity inside the tank, which you may not want. Just use a paper towel as suggested. There's usually other stuff that will need cleaning off, anyway. As was pointed out, it's one sign of adequate humidity within your tank. Dew point is the term used when air become saturated to 100% and condenses, and it is temperature related. Higher air temperatures hold more water than lower ones.
