I have never seen one in Tulsa County. Doesn't mean they aren't there though.

I have crisscrossed Mohawk park looking for one and I find a lot of Nerodia (Water Snakes) but no Cottonmouth (Agkistrodon).

To the east I have seen Copperheads (Cherokee County) and there are supposed to be Timber Rattlers there.

In the Southern part of Tulsa County there are supposed to be rattlesnakes, both Timbers and Pygmy's but I have PERSONALLY never seen any. Many at the Tulsa Herp Club have though! Come out to one of our meetings soon. We meet the first Thursday of the month at the zoo!

I have talked to many Okmulgee residents who have seen Pygmy rattlesnakes.
