My First Proven Morph

This guy/gal just hatched out yesterday. He/She is a VPI Axanthic. I purchased two het VPI axanthic males from Dragon Herp five years ago and bred them with some normal females. I held back some of the females from the resulting clutches and bred two of them this past winter. Both produced a clutch of six eggs. In the last clutch, the second last egg to hatch, was this gem. He makes all those years of cleaning cages and worrying over fasting animals, well worth it.

Now, let's hope I'm as lucky with the Albinos and Pastels...
