i use coco fiber and i was thinking about changing it to a reptile rug or news paper would this be a good idea the depth of the substrate now is barely an inch maybe a little more but it can't be deep or the torts will be too close to the heat lamp. a relitive of mine keeps his tort on news paper and it is very healthy. if it helps they are russians. and does any one know how to transition torts to tortise pellets and does the mazuri diet provide complete nutrition? do torts care if they eat fresh produce or a tort diet do they like one more than the other?
