One Good Egg One Bad

My female grandis recently laid two eggs. While transferring them to the incubator I clumsily dented one. It has since changed color and I fear I have destroyed any chance for viable offspring. Is there a good way to separate the bad egg from the good egg or do I need to separate it? Thanks
