Um, I know what it is but I need to ask questions to prevent this problem:
Do you feed the guy ONLY store bought feed(including live insects)?
Do you wash your hands before handling him and his cage?
Do you have other animals and to they go outside?
How often do you change his cage over including the dirt?
Do you have the little guy and his cage around house plants? It sounds like you have a mite problem some how. This link explains all about them.

They sound like Cyclamen Mites, if not that one its another type of mite. basically you will need to change and wash thoroughly almost EVERYTHING. first clean the cute lil' guy good and thorough, grab some type of tupperware or plasticware and clean wil some and warm water, poke some holes in the lid and put him in it. Put that aside in a warm spot so he won't get cold. buy some more reptile dirt and soil, get rid of ALL dirt and soil. Wash vigorously the pots they were in, the frog's cage, and everything in the cage. Do this every week until you don't see them ANYWHERE after a while.
