pacman pooping insides??

the other day my fantasy pacman was trying to regurgitate something.. later i came by and there were a few dead crickets next to him(her not sure) so everything came out.. last night he seemed like he was having trouble pooping. now this morning i wake up and it has a whiteish pink sack hanging out the hind end its quite large a lil bigger than a pinky mouse and hes not moving much (less than normal) and looks uncomfortable (i would be too) any hope??any help??
