Feeding a Juvenile Eastern Racer

rescued him from a glue trap at my warehouse. I have given him appropriate sized crickets and he won't take them. I am not an expert on Racers but I have heard that they do eat a lot of insects.

Any ideas? This is my first racer and I am guessing he won't eat for awhile due to stress?
