waterfall question...

Has anyone here tried using a running water fixture in their HL enclosure? I have a small waterfall previously installed in a gecko tank that I was considering moving to my HL tank. It has very shallow pools, so no worries about the lizard falling in and drowning. It is plastic, so easily cleaned. Has anyone had success with their HL drinking more readily from running water, as opposed to a dish? (Mine refuse standing water)
