A picture of your tank would be the best help.
What do you have in it, what are the temps/humidity levels day/night? How big is the tank?
How long have you had them?
They do take a while to adjust, leave them be, cover the tank up for privacy. Regulate the day/night cycles with a timer. Mist heavily when the lights go out at night and then 15 min or so later drop in the crickets. Make it a regular schedule and they will start to get used to it and eventually be waiting for the crickets.
Though I will say that many feed whites outside their tanks due to issues with impaction. That also solves the situation of all of them getting enough. I would say you should be feeding a dozen every other day (between the 4). Make sure the crickets are well fed a day ahead of time and dust them only every other feeding or once a week.
You may want to check out the reptic zone forum as well. This one runs very slow. There are many with them over there.
