I'm not here to post any questions about taking care for Anoles or anything like that.

I'm 14 years old, and I bought 2 Brown Anoles a few months ago, and I have enjoyed them since. The reason I bought them was to show to my parents that I could be responsible, but I have realized now that the responsible thing to do would be to not let them live in a small cage for the rest of their lives.

My question is; should I just let them free, or are there any other options for my pets to live a better life?

I'm not just trying to get rid of the heavy burden of taking care of these 2 lizards, they truly mean a lot to me, and letting go of them is really hard for me...

If anyone has any answers to my question, they are greatly appreciated!
