I think about 3 people view this forum. As for the best food source it all depends on the person. During spring and summer I try to feed mine all kinds of things, crickets, silk worms, super worms, pinki mice, roaches, pretty much anything that moves they will eat. During fall and winter I cut back on the variety of food and how much they get and mainly stick to crickets. I also try and cycle mine for a few month for better breedings. A lot of people do it differently its all on how you want to feed them. They eat anything and everything. If it moves its a very good chance its going to be food.
