I'd pull it out and swab it heavily with rubbing alcohol on a Q-tip, and then scrub it off in soapy water. You might have to repeat this several times, so keep it in a separate pot until you're sure it's clean. The alcohol works best because it breaks down the waxy surface of the pesky little buggers, then the soap and water can remove them. These are actually the only plant pests I've ever had in a terrarium that have ever actually required any treatment. Fortunately, the bromes are usually all that are affected, and these will usually put up with the rough treatment required.
