i think it's a little bit of both. i've had three water dragons and i was super mellow (like yours), the other was a little bit more wild, but still mellow, and the other one is kind of wild. they all seem to be very different. just continue to work with her and if she isn't CB i would get a fecal sample done cause WC ones always have tons of parasites.
