that type of cricket would be fine, but its the introducing something from outside that could be dangerous. you can almost bet for sure that (if you feed the frog these for a while) that it will pick up some kind of parasites. worms are pretty common. WTF are hardy, but it's still best to try and keep them clean. i have 2 and they had lungworm and hookworm, they are easy to quarentine, but after they were clean, they were much more viberant, called much more, and were more active.
