I just got a vietnamese blue tree frog. When I bought him I noticed they were all on the thin side. One in particular looked more healthy than the rest, so I chose that one. The guy at the store told me he knew nothing about them or their care so I researched. The only thing I could find about it was it's adult size (2.5-3 inches?), its temperament, how long it lives & some pictures. No care sheets whatsoever. I searched forums and someone on repticzone told another member that had one that the care is the same as the white's tree frog. That person was wrong, and so was I for not researching further. My frog became severely dehydrated because the humidity was too low and the temperature was too high.So I called another petstore and someone told me to care for it as most tree frogs are cared for....room temperature and HIGH humidity, with frequent mistings (which I was already doing). The frog is looking better and a little more active but is bloated. Could this be because of the temperature change? What can I do about it?
