Hi - I don't know anything about these frogs, but these people (www.pondturtle.com/lfrog.html#Kassina) have a list of observed frog lifespans. Kassina Maculata is in the Hyperoliidae family, so I'm guessing the one that they have listed as "Kassina" would apply to you. If so, it's about 5 years. Good luck with your frog!
