In addition to dusting them, you also need to gut load them, and make sure you are using calcium with vitamin D4, and also Herpative in a ratio of 4:1 respectivley. It can also be a few other factors like humidity, if the humidity is too high, it causes lung problems. I wouldnt keep mine outside, maybe during the day for some sun but the temps outside may get too cold during the night and I do not think with pollution... Maybe bring the frilled back and forth. Also... baby frilled also have that change that they are not going to make it that why older frills are more expensive, because you do not runnin the risk of losing him/her.
