Just by that pic I can tell you the snakes are gonna be good for probably 2 weeks...
Just leave them alone and don't worry about them for a little while.
The southern ringnecks do have an interesting venom. The last group of southerns I had I was trying to work on how strong their venom actually is, it was almost impossible to determine how strong it was against the fish they ate, worms received no effects... Anoles/snakes would die in some time after a bite with chewing, with saliva evident.
I also lost one of the southern ringnecks over a fight for food, one of them bit another, the bitten one was found dead the next day.
