you can "dry ice" you tank. take the frogs out and get dry ice and seal the top. it will get rid of mites, maggots and anything else that might be in there. it doesn't kill plants. do more reserch before doing this and don't put the frogs in for at least 4 hours afterwards. OR you could just clean the tank really good. with 5% blach solution and hope for the best. to prevent it, try keeping the tank a little bit drier, mites and other stuff usually like it very moist. are you sure they arn't springtials or tropical woodlice? google those and see if they look like that.
