Turn your aquarium on its side (if you can) and add just enough to cover glass, let it sit for 10 minutes or so, then scrub. Do NOT use LIMEAWAY, I tried that too. Within minutes two minnows i had in the aquarium died, so I got my turtles out of there and started all over with vinegar. I didnt know i had any until I brought it up to my wife.
