They have been with the lavender for the past month with no signs of ill-effects. Prior to the decision I tried finding anything saying whether or not it is a good idea to put lavender in with them. Since the plant grows around where I collected them, I figured I would give it a try. So far they are doing great with it. They use the plant as a hide and are often seen perching on it.
