And how are they to guarantee the health of an animal they never saw? If they did, we could ship all kinds of dead reptiles, just to file a claim. As far as the Lacey Act, I have my own opinion about that, but that's not FedEx's fault. The simple thing to do is get FedEx approved and do it the legal way.
