If you are asked, how much space you need, to keep chickens, you would certaily answer, a square feet, because thatts about what they have in egg production facilities.

I think, the question is not, to check out the minimum requirements to keep tokays alive and breeding, but to take apt care of them.

With respect to tha, I repeat: A 65g tall may house a pair. But its the absoute minimum and I personnally would never go smaller than 100g.

Now star tbeing rude, because you do not want to hear that.
