I was wondering if anyone can offer me some help on my Albino frog. I have had her about 16 months, and she is hardy, and fun. Recently, she came down with a red spot on her snout. Possibly due to a thermometer in the tank that was removed) It looked better after a few days, it became a bubble minus the red so I assumed it was healing. Well, now it is super red,(and bleeds if she goes crazy in the tank as she does at times)and she is always looking for a way out of the water. She sits on the heater with half her body out of the water, so I dont know if the water bothers her. The levels are perfect, and there is nothing in the tank to harm her anymore. (She has a tankmate a bit bigger then her, and he is fine) Now her rearend looks like it has a bubble and looks as if it is bleeding, like her nose. Is she ok? I love frogs, and have many, but only house her with one other her size together, the rest are in another tank since they are still small. Please offer advice if you can help. She has been like this about a month, but looks like she is now suffering. I hope she will be ok. I will do another water change, and I also think I will change the gravel now and put in sand like gravel, since reading makes me think after all this time, she could eat a rock. I do not want to stress her out if I do not have to. She is in a 10 gallon tank, with hiding spots. All other frogs are in a 30 gallon. They are in this 10 gallon with a pleco I think I will remove, and has lived there since she started to grow at a speed I didnt think was possible.
