Young frilleds are funny. Mine is used to me too but when i put my hand in the cage she almost always frills. Think of it from thier perspective, they may get used to you, but its strange for them when they see some huge white thing with five fingers come out of nowhere reaching for them. Mine will crawl up my pants, shirt and sit on my neck, but when i turn my head to look at her she will see my face, frill and jump off, crawl down my back, or crawl on top of my head. Its pretty funny actually. This all comes with time too... you cannot expect him or her to be used to you after a week, they will still act skittish for a bit, until they get used to that big object coming at them out of nowhere. Just handle the frilled as often as you can and eventually they will be used to you. Ive heard people say that once theyve had thier frillie for years they rarely ever see them frill anymore because in time they get used to that sort of stuff. Do not be afraid though, mine has frilled at me and still does but she never bites, and others say the same.. its rare that they will actually ever bite you.
