ideal temps are 65-70ish. not above 75 for long though. springtails are a good addition to any diet, but not for a staple food. i would do mainly FF and try to establish sprigs before you put the frogs in, or else they will just eat them all up. amphibiancare.com just came up with a new mantella site with tons of info.
