Misting, as you are already doing, should gradually take care of this, but if it persists, more leaf litter as Otis suggests, will also help. Even in my older tanks however, the frogs will still drag some detritus onto the plant leaves. So you might want to spritz them off if this is a problem. (The plant leaves, not the frogs.
