Tank Fix-up...New silicone-Plants?

Alright,

It's come to my attention that my first vivarium was done a little too quick, and as a consequence, I've got some make-up work to do. Mainly this being adding some silicone to support the background more, especially along edges.

Frogs, of course, will be removed from the viv and placed in a temp. housing tank, my thoughts are a week. I was wondering if the Silicone fumes are going to be toxic to the plants, and in your opinion, how long they'll linger. Water pump will be turned off, and lids off as to promote airflow for drying of the silicone, but will my plants survive the fumes? And, again, how long do you think I'll have to keep the frogs out of the tank?
