I went to the store to purchase cork bark. I used to recommend this store often, but as they continue to sell wild-caught animals and more people complain to me of the poor advice given out by employees, I have stopped referring them to anyone. I was despirate for basking areas for some incoming foster turtles, or I wouldn't have gone to that particular store to begin with. I was scanning the reptile and aquatic section to see what the trends were, and happened to notice the ceacilian tank.

I support the herpetoculturist hobby, but can't abide by the mass-market wild-caught trade. I'd prefer for the store to not obtain wild-caught in the first place. It is a successful, large, high-end aquatics/reptile store that's been in business for a number of years, so it would seem that with their current customer base and former reputation they could do well selling captive bred only.
