How to keep 'frog moss' happy

I have a very moist planted vivarium that I recently added some petstore bought 'Frog moss'. This stuff comes dried out in like little pads of moss. They say to press it into the soil, mist it, and it will be happy.

For the first few days it looked great! Bright green. Then it quickly went down hill, turning yellowish. I have it in four diffrent spots: one very wet with low light, one moist with high light, one dry-ish high light, one dry-ish with med light.

NONE of it is happy.

Any thoughts?
