These babies came from a female basilisk that i got as a rescue. their mother was given to me in a petco box and the only thing i knew about her was that she was raised in a bird cage with a chinese water dragon. the mother of this basilisk acts just like a water dragon. She is the coolest lizard i have ever owned far and away. I still cant believe that someone would give away an animal that great especially since they had no idea wether or not i was giving it a good home. I have always known basilisks to be nasty but these babies seem to be extremely mellow considering i clean them routinely but have only picked them up a few times. they are more curious than nervous and even eat out of my hands
