Hey Guys/Gals,

I have a problem that maybe someone here could help me with: I cant find any information on keeping Gilas in Nevada. Ive read somewhere that you cant keep Gilas in captivity where the animals lives naturally. On the otherhand, Ive also read that you can keep a subspecies if its not known to naturally accure there. I.e. some places (i think CA, but i could definately be wrong) will allow banded but not reticulated. I am fully aware that these animals must be captive bred (having papers) and permits are require to keep, breed, and sell. I just didnt want to get my heart set on banded gilas only to find out that the mexicans would be the only thing legal.
