Confused about sexing.

Hi,what are hemiphine buldges because i think my lizard has them because hes has 2 small buldges at the base of the tail but he looks like the picture of the frilled on the thread about frillie fangs(take a look) and everybody says that ones female but he appears 2 have hemiphine buldges and if you read this please tell me what they are(i am only 13).
If you read this please take a look and aswer the questions on my other thread about Sexing, Handling and sloughing.
Also if anyone has any pics of different colour morphs of frillies like the red one or albino (if that exists) please show me.
Lastly what age do their "fangs" become noticable enough to tell its a male because mines about 16 months.
