I have a drawer so full of sheds, I forget who shed what anymore.
I do have a question though. We have been keeping snakes for years, and last year inherited a house with about 1500 sq ft extra space.
We have decided to build a room in the basement about 15 by 15, Install radiant heating in the floor, then build a waterfall with a children's wading pool as the pond.
Pour sterile top soil down, and seed it, add one small tree and grow lights. Bingo, indoor paddock with outdoor benefits. If we irradiate it with strong UV (no animals inside) periodically, it will remain parasite free as well.
Plastic and aluminum plates to keep the humidity from wrecking our sub flooring. (thought this out carefully)
This "exercise room" would allow for us to entertain decent size animals. And double as a more natural place to feed.
We seriously want to adopt a rescue yellow, I see you in the pool with yours, Is the nasty temperament thing just another case of misinformation? Any bite incidents?
I know that Anacondas get put down unnecessarily, and if I can provide one with a future, we would both benefit.
Any insight is appreciated,
Regards, Wayne A. Harvey Some of our snakes
