it all depends on what youre going to do. babies of highly demanded morphs like pinstripes and creamsicles tend to be cheaper, but at the same time you dont know what sex they are, and you could end up getting 2 males and losing a great pet. at the same time though the breeders tend to try to dump off their older breeders who dont lay as many clutches ect, which are around 5 to 7 years old. the best age in my opinion is around 10 months to 18 months, slightly under a year old to a year and a half, because their true adult color is out, they are breedable, and are well established. as i said this is my opinion and many people may not agree.
