By now of course, a good chunk of the drywall has rotted and there is mould in the room. How do some of you in more northern climates have your rooms for larger collections done up? I'm in southern Ontario, Canada so the winter months is the cause of the mould. My plan this summer is to tear down all of the drywall and put up concrete board which will cost around $200 CAD. I'd like to install an air exchanger as well but that's another pricey investment. Anyone have any insight or suggestions of any other measures I should take?
